Why time blocking beats a to-do list
A to-do list tells you what to do. A calendar tells you when. Time blocking, giving each task a slot, is one of the most reliable ways to actually finish the important work, but doing it by hand every morning takes time most people skip.
What AI Day Planner does
Type your to-dos, one per line, with durations like 45m or 2h and !high for priority. Pick the day. AI Day Planner creates color-coded timed events in your free slots, around the meetings you already have.
A result looks like "🧠 Write Q4 report 08:30–10:00".
It respects your calendar
It never moves or deletes your own events. Everything it creates can be removed with one click on Clear plan. You can replan up to three times a day when things shift.
Plan without AI
Prefer not to send tasks anywhere? Plan without AI mode uses built-in rules, runs locally in the add-on, and sends nothing to an AI service.
Get started
Install AI Day Planner from the Google Workspace Marketplace on a computer, open it in the Calendar sidebar, paste your list and press Plan.
