Terms of Service

Calendar add-ons by Louis Schlegel, Switzerland. Covers Weather Calendar, Weather Calendar Pro, Weather Calendar Ultra, Pollen Calendar, Daily Horoscope Calendar, Horoscope Calendar Pro and AI Day Planner. Last updated: October 2026.

By installing or paying for one of our calendar add-ons you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions, trials and payment

• Paid add-ons are sold as yearly subscriptions, billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled.
• Some add-ons offer a free trial (for example, 7 days in Pollen Calendar, no card required). The trial starts the first time you open the add-on and runs once per Google account; after it ends, an active license is required.
• If a renewal payment fails, your access continues through a 14-day grace period so you can update your payment details without interruption. If the payment is not completed within the grace period, access ends.
• You can cancel anytime: use the manage/cancel link in your Stripe receipt email, or email work@louissch.com and we will cancel for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access runs until the end of the paid period.

What the add-ons are (and are not)

• Weather and pollen forecasts are informational only. Pollen data is not medical advice - always follow your doctor or allergist. Forecast coverage varies by region and some locations are not covered.
• Horoscope content is AI-generated and provided for entertainment purposes only; it is not medical, legal or financial advice.
• AI-planned schedules are suggestions - review them before relying on them.
• The service depends on third-party APIs (Google, Open-Meteo, OpenWeather, Stripe, Firebase, Anthropic). We work to keep everything running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party data. The add-ons are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription year.

Fair use

AI features have daily fair-use limits per user (for example, a fixed number of AI day plans or personalized readings per day) to keep the service fast and affordable for everyone. Abuse, resale, or automated bulk use of the AI endpoints is not permitted.

Changes, contact and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this URL with its date. Material changes to a paid product will be communicated by email where possible. Contact: work@louissch.com. These terms are governed by Swiss law; place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
